Mango Faux Fool

Yield: 2 servings (easily multiplied)

In culinary language, a fool is a light dessert consisting of fruit folded into whipped cream. This "faux" version replaces the cream with yogurt and makes a perfect light breakfast or midmorning snack.

3/4 cup peeled, mashed ripe mango
3/4 cup yogurt
  1. Mash, stir, or purée the fruit and yogurt together until uniformly blended.
  2. Serve cold.
